Turkish Rule: "Turkish Puta" Target

Traditional archery is a national sport based on the historical art of archery practiced by nomadic peoples. This discipline preserves the traditional form of the bow, arrows, and shooting techniques, without the use of modern accessories or devices. The sport focuses on developing accuracy, concentration, coordination, and stability. Competitions use bows that correspond to historical models, emphasizing a strong connection to cultural heritage and ancient warrior traditions.

Competitions in traditional archery are held on a specially prepared field, where archers are required to hit targets set at an established distance. Participants use classical bow-drawing techniques, relying on skills that have been passed down from generation to generation.
