The Cultural Program of the is one of the three key components of the conceptual model of the World Nomad Games, alongside ethnic sports and the scientific and humanitarian program, providing a comprehensive representation of nomadic civilization. The project has been recognized by UNESCO as a model for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage and serves as a global platform for promoting the traditions of nomadic culture.

IDEOLOGICAL FOUNDATION

The Cultural Program is based on the recognition of nomadic civilization as a universal worldview built on the principles of mobility, adaptability, and openness to intercultural interaction. This makes the Program an international platform for the representation, preservation, and promotion of the cultural heritage of the peoples of the world, serving as a strategic humanitarian dimension of the . The Program goes beyond the concept of static preservation by introducing a model of “living heritage,” where ancient traditions engage with contemporary global processes.
