Arm Wrestling is a sport in which two competitors test their strength by wrestling with their arms. Matches are conducted standing at a specially designed table, with each athlete's elbow placed on an elbow pad. The winner is the competitor who first forces the opponent’s hand to touch the designated pad. Competitions are held for both the right and left arm.
Arm wrestling is considered one of the oldest forms of physical competition and was revived as a modern organized sport in the 1960s.
