Accreditation for Participants (WNG VI)

Official Procedure for Registration for Participation in the Sports, Cultural, and Scientific Programs of the VI World Nomad Games

For the purpose of systematizing international cooperation, coordinating the participation of countries, forming national delegations, and organizing the submission process for participation in the 6th World Nomad Games, the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games has concluded Representation Agreements with specialized organizations in participating countries of the WNG.

The Representation Office carries out coordination activities with the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games, acts as an official contact point in the participating country, facilitates the dissemination of information about the VI WNG, and provides organizational support for the accreditation process of the national delegation.

The existence of a Representation Agreement does not grant exclusive rights to conduct qualification competitions for sports included in the 6th World Nomad Games, nor does it restrict or exclude the participation of sports federations, cultural associations, scholars, or other representatives of the respective country in the Games.

In accordance with Paragraph 12 of the Regulations of the 6th World Nomad Games, the formation of national sports teams shall be carried out by the Representative Offices of the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games in participating countries or by authorized state bodies, sports federations, and sports associations of the respective participating countries.

In accordance with Chapter IX of the Regulations of the 6th World Nomad Games, starting from May 1, 2026, the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games shall provide access to the WNG Accreditation System to the Representative Offices of the International Secretariat of the World Nomad Games in participating countries, as well as to authorized state bodies, sports federations, associations, and other organizations responsible for the formation and coordination of national delegations.

The completion and submission of electronic applications through the Accreditation System must be finalized no later than July 1, 2026.

The Organizing Committee of the 6th World Nomad Games reserves the right to deny participation in the Games to a delegation, team, or individual participant, including in cases where the application was submitted within the established deadlines. Any such refusal shall be accompanied by a written explanation stating the reasons for the decision.
